TERMINATRYX Celebrates 15 Years in 2017… Again

in Uncategorised

It’s been 15 years of TERMINATRYX, and the third show of the year to celebrate this milestone will happen at The Unscene’s 18 Till I Die show.

18 till I Die
Featuring TERMINATRYX, Reverse the Sands, The Fallen Prophets, As Night Fades (Namibia), Red Tape Rebellion, and Holo
30 September, 5pm

The 5pm doors time is unusual, but with so many bands on the lineup, it’s a must for fans of the darker hard side of things. Promoters have promised that the live acts will commence at 6pm sharp, so no late-to-your-fate Cape Town-ing on this one.

We’ve come to expect the extras from any TERMINATRYX affair. This show will also be the physical launch of Remyx v2.0, which features exciting remixes of the full TERMINATRYX Shadow studio album, as local and international artists like Battery9, Mr Sakitumi, Lloyd Price (Sigue Sigue Sputnik, The Frixion, Massive Ego), Grimehouse and others tackle the band’s popular songs.

The physical release will include limited edition CDs and various key-shaped flash drive options, like versions of just the remix album, or both Shadow and Remyx v2.0 (plus various extras), and a neck chain version.

Three pre-release album singles are already released:

“SCARS (Grimehouse Remix)”: Listen
“MEDUSA (iRONic Remix)” : Listen
“GONE (Khemical Krypt Remix)”: Listen

This Flamedrop Production was produced by TERMINATRYX co-founder Paul Blom and the renowned Theo Crous. Vocalist Sonja Ruppersberg’s emotional perspective added a great deal to expand the scope of the new songs that are filled with energy, passion and a drive to transcend the mundane. – Raru Music
