So there I am casually chasing a loose ball with no opposition challenging when I feel an ominous *pop*.
But what is a hamstring? It isn’t actually a single ”string.” It’s a group of three muscles that run along the back of your thigh. They allow you to bend your leg at the knee.
And so I’m out for three to six weeks. With Cup season looming. Sob.
Just thought I’d share my pain.
